We take great care to ensure your purchases arrive in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged, we are here to help.
Returns for Damaged Items Only
Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged.
Return Window: You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a return.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
Process
Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@gdnbc.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Provide your order number and detailed photos of the damaged item.
Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Shipping: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the return of damaged items.
Refunds
Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Full Refund: For approved returns, a full refund will be issued, including the cost of the item and any original shipping charges.
Exchanges
Replacement: If the item you received is damaged and you prefer a replacement, please let us know. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out once we receive and inspect the returned item.
